Mental Health Therapist
Breakthrough Counseling is currently seeking fully licensed, associate licensed, and interns for telehealth positions as well as positions working from our office near Frederick, Md. Qualified candidates should be hard-working professionals that have the ability to work independently. Fully licensed clinicians can also be licensed in nearby states to the office (VA, PA, WV, DC) or other states that they hold a license that can be credentialed in to do teletherapy. The ideal clinician would be someone who is experienced in working with children, adolescents, couples, and/or adults on a wide range of issues. Past crisis experience is a plus. We are looking to create a team with different skill sets and expertise to offer a wide array of services to our clients. We have part-time and full-time hours to offer at different days and hours.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Breakthrough Counseling Services is seeing a PT or FT Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to work from the comfort of their own home or office doing Telemedicine or to use the office near Frederick. MD. Qualified candidates can also be licensed in nearby states to the office (VA, PA, WV, DC) or other states that they hold a license that can be credentialed in to do telemedicine. Candidates must have 5 years experience working in the mental health field, needs to be self-motivated, and technical savvy.

Front Desk Coordinator
Breakthrough Counseling Services is seeking a part-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, supporting providers, assisting with marketing, and working with insurance companies. Must be detail oriented, technical savvy, work well with customers and Office team, and have a great work ethic. This is a part-time position for 15 to 20 hours per week and located in Jefferson, MD near Frederick.
Billing Coordinator
Breakthrough Counseling Services is seeking a candidate to join our team as a Billing Coordinator. Our hours offered can be extremely flexible. The candidate must be extremely detail oriented, technically savvy, able to work independently as well as work well with customers and office team, knowledge of insurance claims and billing is a plus. Prior medical office experience is preferred. Tasks expected may include Invoices, insurance claims, posting insurance claims, copays and deductibles, collections, and checking in patients.
