Paige has over six years of experience supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and is passionate about walking alongside clients on their journey toward healing and growth. Her work is rooted in a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches, thoughtfully tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. She practices from a holistic perspective, focusing on healing the whole individual from the inside out.
Paige has a special interest in supporting individuals during the perinatal and postpartum periods, helping new and expecting moms navigate anxiety, identity shifts, and the transition into parenthood with compassion and confidence.
As a military spouse, Paige has developed a deep understanding of the emotional toll that life transitions, deployments, and uncertainty can have on individuals and families. This personal connection inspired her path into the counseling field and continues to shape the empathy and insight she brings to her work.
She provides counseling to children, teens, and adults of all ages, creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change.
