Whitney holds a Master of Social Work degree from Salisbury University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Maryland and Pennsylvania. With three years of clinical experience, she has had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including outpatient services, private practice, substance use facilities, and nonprofit organizations. Whitney enjoys supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families, offering care that is thoughtful and tailored to each person’s unique journey.

Whitney’s approach to therapy is grounded in strengths, solutions, and compassion, with a trauma-informed and person-centered focus. She thoughtfully combines evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness to meet each client where they are. Whitney is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing space where clients feel supported, empowered, and hopeful as they grow and heal.
