As a counselor since 2022, I have had the privilege and opportunity to work in several different settings. I got my start at the Renfrew Center of Baltimore, treating individuals with eating disorders in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care for over 2 years. Since then, I have worked at the outpatient level of care since 2024 treating a variety of individuals of all ages, genders, and mental health conditions. These experiences have helped shape me into being a flexible, compassionate, and collaborative therapist.
Approach:
In my approach to therapy, I aim to meet you wherever you are. In our work together, I strive to help you craft achievable goals that help you live your life to the fullest, and help you break through old behavior patterns. I also approach each client from a trauma informed and multicultural lens to help them feel understood and safe in our relationship. I tailor techniques to best fit your needs from a variety of evidenced based therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, and interpersonal therapy. I work with individuals ages 10 and up and I offer both in office and telehealth appointments.
