Arlene is a Master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, currently providing counseling services under supervision. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University, building a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and emotional well-being.
Arlene works with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. She has experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.Her approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and grow. Arlene draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy, all grounded in a person-centered and strengths-based framework.Dedicated to her clients’ growth and healing, Arlene aims to empower individuals to develop self-awareness, emotional balance, and meaningful connections throughout their mental health journey.
