Lori is a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She holds a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified through American Nurses Credentialing Center and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. For over 25 years, she has cared for patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient critical care and surgery, population health and wellness, chronic pain and addiction medicine, and currently in community mental health. Her strengths are her critical thinking and strong clinical skills enhanced by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and their families. She provides compassion, dignity, and respect toward her patients in order to build a collaborative treatment plan to improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life, and strive to achieve their full potential. Lori and her husband live in Georgia where they share a life of happiness with their two children.
