Paige McLaren

Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern

Paige is a Liberty University clinical mental health counseling intern with over six years of experience supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. Paige is passionate about walking alongside clients on their journey toward healing and growth. Her work is rooted in a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. She works from a holistic perspective, focusing on healing the whole individual from the inside out.

As a military spouse, Paige has developed a deep understanding of the emotional toll that life transitions, deployments, and other challenges can have on individuals and families. This personal connection inspired her path into the counseling field and continues to shape the empathy and insight she brings to her work.

She provides counseling to children, teens, and adults of all ages, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change.
