Tamielle Taylor, MA, LCPC

Tamielle is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counseling with passion for serving the needs of others across diverse settings. She obtained a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Miami in 2006 and a M.A. in Professional Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University in 2014. She has a wealth of formal and informal experiences with working with children, teens, adults, and families in various roles ranging from mentor to teacher to counselor. 

 

Approach: 

Tamielle values the individuality of each person she encounters. She considers every client to be an expert in regards to their own experiences and she seeks to collaborate with them in their journey to personal fulfillment. Her goal as a counselor is to provide a supportive environment in which individuals and families may acknowledge, process, and problem solve their concerns in constructive ways. Tamielle utilizes an eclectic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach to therapy which emphasizes compassion, empathy, respect, honesty, self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-care.
